Bench Saw Operative
£29,640 Salary / £15.00 per hour | 38 Hours Per Week
We are looking for a Bench Saw Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. Previous experience is preferred but are willing to consider candidates with transferable skills and a positive attitude.
Working Hours:
* Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm
* Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
* Early finish every Friday!
The Role:
* Operating bench saw machinery
* Cutting materials to specific sizes and dimensions
* Reading basic drawings and specifications
* Using basic computer systems
* Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
What We're Looking For:
* Aged 18+ (due to Power Saw Regulations)
* Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
* Ability to read basic drawings
* Basic computer skills
* Bench saw/manufacturing experience preferred
* FLT Counterbalance Licence desirable but not essential
