We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Assembly Operative / Assembler to join a busy and growing team in Sheerness. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00
Pay: £12.71phr
Key Responsibilities:
Assembling components and products to a high standard
Using “hand tools” for various assembly tasks
Carrying out drilling and screwing as part of the build process
Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and efficiently
Working as part of a team to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in an assembler or assembly operative role is beneficial
Comfortable using hand tools and working in a practical environment
Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and read drawings confidently
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
