Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and streamline daily transport schedules to maximise efficiency and service performance.

* Assign and manage workloads across a network of external delivery partners.

* Track operational activity throughout the day, proactively resolving issues and minimising disruption.

* Adjust plans quickly in response to changing priorities, delays, and customer requirements.

* Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.

* Balance operational costs with service quality to achieve business objectives.

Previous Skills & Experience:

* Demonstrable experience within transport, logistics, or operational planning environments.

* Proven ability to manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.

* Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience coordinating complex schedules or workflows.

* Comfortable making decisions and prioritising tasks in a fast-moving environment.

* Proficiency in planning, scheduling, or optimisation software and related systems
