Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
Support the recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
Manage employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance workforce capability.
Support performance management processes, including appraisals and talent reviews.
Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver projects and initiatives effectively.Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Qualifications
CIPD Associate (or equivalent experience) with up-to-date employment law knowledge
Evidence of ongoing CPD
Skills & Experience
Proven HR generalist/advisory experience with strong employment law knowledge
Confident managing employee relations cases
Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Discreet, professional and approachable with a commercial mindset
IT literate across Microsoft Office and HR systems
Proactive and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Committed to continuous improvement and development
