Our client is a highly respected and growing healthcare manufacturing organisation seeking a Global Product Manager – Patient Hygiene to take ownership of a key product portfolio and drive its success across international markets.

This is a high-impact role where you'll influence product direction, identify market opportunities, and work alongside cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing

✔ Developing and executing global product strategies that drive growth and market share

✔ Identifying emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities

✔ Leading product lifecycle management from concept through to launch and optimisation

✔ Partnering closely with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales teams to bring innovative products to market

✔ Supporting commercial success through effective product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies

✔ Acting as a key voice for the customer and ensuring products remain competitive within a dynamic healthcare landscape

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven Product Management experience within Healthcare, Patient Hygiene, Infection Control, Medical Devices, or Surgical Instruments

✅ Strong marketing expertise with experience developing and delivering strategic product initiatives

✅ Knowledge of global healthcare markets, regulations, and compliance requirements

✅ Commercially minded with the ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies

✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across international teams

✅ Degree qualified (Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related discipline)
