Are you an ambitious, innovative and results-driven marketing and fundraising leader looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking an exceptional Head of Communications & Fundraising to lead the development and delivery of our marketing, communications and fundraising plans.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our marketing and fundraising vision, ensuring we grow our reach, strengthen our brand and generate sustainable income to support our mission. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will lead and inspire a talented team while managing relationships with external agencies and partners to deliver outstanding results.
We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, bringing creativity, commercial awareness and a passion for building strong supporter engagement. You will have a proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and fundraising initiatives, alongside the leadership skills to motivate teams and drive performance.

Your day as a Head of Communications and Fundraising would include:
* Leading the development and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, strengthen reputation, and drive audience engagement.
* Overseeing integrated, multi-channel marketing activity, taking responsibility for shaping strategic initiatives, developing creative briefs, and delivering compelling communications to internal and external audiences, partners, and stakeholders.
* Creating, implementing, and evaluating innovative marketing and fundraising strategies, plans, and campaigns that support organisational objectives and income generation targets.
* Identifying and maximise opportunities for growth and engagement, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and competing demands.
* Inspiring a high performing team, fostering collaboration and empowering colleagues to deliver exceptional communications and fundraising activity.
* Ensuring all activities comply with relevant legislation, regulations, best practice standards, and organisational policies.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Extensive marketing experience
* A wealth of fundraising knowledge
* Proven track record of managing high performing teams
* Degree (preferred)
