Health & Safety Advisor (Rail) – Midlands- Competitive salary
My client, a leading principal contractor, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to work across a portfolio of rail stations, promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental performance. Applicants must hold a NEBOSH qualification and have previous experience working on Network Rail infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver site inductions and briefings.
* Work closely with clients and attend regular project meetings.
* Provide feedback, coaching, and support to operational teams, identifying training needs where required.
* Drive continuous improvements in health, safety, quality, and environmental performance across the business.
* Conduct accident and incident investigations, including witness interviews, root cause analysis, and monitoring the completion of corrective actions.
* Carry out site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
The Role:
This is a permanent position covering sites across the Central region. The role is predominantly site and office based, with the potential to work from home one day per week
