Plumber/Pipefitter

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Plumber to join a growing mechanical contractor delivering projects across Manchester. The successful candidate will work on a variety of commercial and new-build construction projects including schools, office developments, apartment schemes, and other large-scale developments. This is a permanent opportunity offering long-term stability and the chance to work on a strong pipeline of secured projects.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Installing sanitaryware including basins, toilets, and associated plumbing systems
* Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix plumbing installations
* Installing hot and cold-water services
* Working from mechanical drawings and specifications
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with project requirements
* Working closely with site management and other trades on site
Skills and Qualifications Required
* Previous experience as a Commercial Plumber
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
* Valid CSCS/JIB Card
* Experience working on commercial construction projects
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
