About the Role
We are looking for a Client Relations Administrator to join a growing Wealth Management team. This is a key position responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting Financial Consultants with the day-to-day management of client relationships.
You will also act as a front-of-house representative, creating a professional and welcoming first impression for clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional service, treating every client as an "only client"
Manage client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
Support Financial Consultants with case management and client updates
Process transactions and maintain accurate client records
Liaise with providers to ensure a seamless client journey
Ensure compliance with FCA and GDPR regulations
Manage post (incoming and outgoing)
Book meeting rooms and coordinate facilities
Support reception duties and prepare refreshments for meetings
Assist with general office coordination and administration
About You
