Job Type: 12 months minimum contract

Morson Vital have a great opportunity for an experienced Power & Distribution Project Manager to lead the delivery of rail infrastructure projects across the UK. This role will focus on the safe and successful execution of power and distribution schemes, with a strong emphasis on CDM compliance, stakeholder management, and project delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
🔺 Manage rail power and distribution projects from inception to completion.
🔺 Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and fulfil duties as required under the Principal Contractor/Client framework.
🔺 Lead project planning, programme management, risk mitigation, and budget control.
🔺 Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and key stakeholders.
🔺 Drive a strong safety culture and ensure delivery to quality, cost, and programme targets.
Requirements:
🔺 Proven project management experience within the rail sector.
🔺 Strong knowledge of power & distribution systems and rail infrastructure.
🔺 In-depth understanding of CDM 2015 and construction safety management.
🔺 Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
🔺 Relevant project management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) preferred.
