About the Role

Sytner Group is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Performance Manager to join our successful sales team at Huddersfield Audi.

As a Sales Performance Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance and growth of the sales department, with responsibility for increasing sales volume, maximising profitability, and ensuring we deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with Audi and Sytner Group standards.

You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust enquiry management process, ensuring every customer opportunity is managed effectively from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery. You will coach and support the sales team to improve conversion rates, appointment setting, follow-up standards, and overall customer engagement

A key part of the role will be developing and leading a high-performing sales team through effective people management, regular coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and sales meetings. You will identify opportunities to improve individual and team performance, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and success.

This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

This role would suit an experienced Sales Manager, Sales Controller, or senior automotive sales professional with a proven track record of delivering results within a retail motor environment.

You will have a strong understanding of sales processes, enquiry management, and the key drivers that influence sales performance and profitability. You will be able to demonstrate success in developing teams, improving conversion performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will be an inspirational leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and challenge a sales team to achieve their full potential. You will have excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring high standards, fresh ideas, and a passion for continuous improvement, with the ambition to drive performance, increase sales opportunities, and create a market-leading customer experience at Huddersfield Audi.
