Temporary School Cleaner

Locations: St. Newlyn East Cornwall
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, between 3pm – 5.30pm (Paid 4 hours)
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
Pay: 4 hours min shift per day
£13.25 per hour.
You MUST have an in-date enhanced DBS on the child's barred list.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented School Cleaner to support our cleaning team for an ongoing basis (dependant on our clients requirements). This role is critical in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff, and visitors.

Cleaning of all classrooms, public and staff areas
Toilets, kitchen, canteen, and office areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets, and other school areas.
Emptying bins, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.
Following health and safety guidelines and school procedures.
Reporting any issues or required maintenance.
Candidate Requirements:

Enhanced DBS check with child workforce clearance is essential.
Previous professional cleaning experience is desirable.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
