Sytner Group has an exciting opportunity for a Stock & Preparation Manager to join our Audi Team at Leeds Audi.

Reporting into the Used Car Sales Manager, we are seeking to grow our Preparation Team as a result of record-breaking sales growth. You will play an important part in supporting the efficient and speedy preparation of the used cars we sell, helping to ensure our vehicles are presented to the highest possible standards for our customers.

This is a busy, active and varied role where no two days are the same. You will support the team with the preparation of the sold vehicles, photography of cars for sale, and help with the administration and disposal process for vehicles that we do not retail from our site.

You will be joining a fast-paced team that plays a key role in the smooth running of our Audi sales operation. The successful candidate will be responsible, reliable and hardworking, with the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.

About you

We are looking for someone who is practical, organised and able to work well as part of a team.

You will be reliable, hardworking and comfortable working in a high-paced environment. You will take pride in doing things properly, understand the importance of presenting vehicles to a high standard, and be able to manage a varied workload throughout the day.

The role will involve regular movement of vehicles across our site, so confidence driving and manoeuvring a wide range of vehicles is important. You will also need to be responsible, punctual and able to follow processes accurately.

Previous experience in an automotive environment would be advantageous, but it is not essential. More important is your attitude, work ethic and willingness to support the team in delivering an excellent service for our customers and colleagues.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
