Salary: £130 - £150 per day

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a mainstream Primary School in Gateshead, who are looking to appoint a Primary Teacher. This welcoming school provides a positive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential, supported by a dedicated leadership team and committed staff.
The school is looking to take on a driven Primary Teacher on a day-to-day basis. The successful Primary Teacher will be working across Key Stage 1 / KS1 and Key Stage 2 / KS2, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high standards of learning and behaviour, and supporting pupils' academic and personal development.
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
• QTS (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
• Experience teaching within a UK Primary School
• Sound knowledge of the Primary Curriculum
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A positive and adaptable approach to teaching
