We are seeking a confident and motivated Outbound Telesales Agents to join a growing business. This role involves proactively contacting new and existing small business customers to introduce services, build strong relationships, and help drive business growth and turnover.
You will play a key role in expanding customer engagement within the business by clearly communicating how the business can support client needs and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to new and existing small business customers
Introduce company products and services in a clear and engaging manner
Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers
Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive business turnover
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
Follow up on leads and previous contacts where appropriate
Represent the business in a professional and positive manner at all times
Work towards call and engagement targets as required
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
Motivated, resilient, and target-driven attitude
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Willingness to learn about agricultural products/services
