Portfolio Scheduler
Location: Bristol (Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
Rate: £80.00 per hour (Inside IR35)
Contract: 9 Months
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Scheduler to support a major programme in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analysing portfolio schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring projects remain aligned with programme objectives and delivery milestones.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain portfolio-level schedules in Primavera P6.
Manage schedule baselines and change control processes.
Conduct Schedule Variance Reporting and Critical Path Analysis.
Maintain accurate live schedules and provide regular progress updates.
Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to identify risks and support delivery.
Produce schedule reports and portfolio performance updates.Essential Requirements
Proven experience using Primavera P6 in a planning or scheduling role.
Experience managing complex project or portfolio schedules.
Strong understanding of baseline management, schedule reporting, and critical path analysis.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Desirable
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Planner.
Eligible for or currently holding SC Clearance.
