We are seeking a professional and personable Front of House Receptionist to join our luxury cosmetic hospital in central London. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service in a sophisticated environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a prestigious setting, supporting the smooth operation of our clinic while delivering a welcoming experience for all visitors. The position is paid and ideal for individuals with a passion for beauty and client care.

You must be very well presented with some luxury front of house or receptionist experience. Please don`t apply if you do not have luxury experience!

Duties

* Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable

* Manage appointment bookings and schedule consultations using our administrative systems

* Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and direct messages efficiently

* Maintain a tidy and organised reception area, reflecting the clinic’s luxury standards

* Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing payments

* Coordinate with practitioners to ensure smooth daily operations

Monday - Friday, based near Harley Street

There will be progression and growth opportunities available as well
