Talent Acquisition Coordinator- 6 Month FTC

Hybrid | Andover Area | 2-3 Days Onsite

We are looking for a proactive and organised Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a growing in-house recruitment team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment or HR experience who enjoys delivering a great candidate experience while supporting hiring activity across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

Screen applications and manage candidates through the recruitment process.
Coordinate interviews and maintain accurate records within the ATS.
Support hiring managers with candidate shortlists and recruitment administration.
Manage recruitment enquiries and ensure vacancies are advertised effectively.
Assist with assessment processes, reporting and recruitment data analysis.
Create and post employer branding and social media content.
Build relationships with educational institutions to support early careers recruitment.
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.About You

Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Confident using recruitment systems and digital tools.
Comfortable working with data and producing reports.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, adaptable and keen to learn.
