We are seeking a passionate and reliable Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a nurturing nursery setting in Bromsgrove.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping children learn, grow, and develop confidence in a safe and engaging environment.
Role Overview
You will be part of a supportive early years team, delivering high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5. You will help create stimulating learning experiences that encourage curiosity, independence, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum
Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate activities
Support children's emotional, social, and physical development
Maintain accurate learning records and observations
Promote positive behaviour and inclusive practice
Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)
Health and Social Care qualification (essential)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
Positive, caring, and proactive attitude
