Are you an Engineering professional from the Food Manufacturing industry looking to join a leading manufacturer where you can play a key role in driving operational performance, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement across a modern production facility?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing manufacturer, where you will be responsible for leading site-wide engineering and maintenance activities while working closely with operational and production teams.

They are now looking to recruit an Engineering Manager to support the next phase of their growth and ensure the highest standards of equipment reliability, efficiency, and plant performance are maintained.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering strategies, managing maintenance operations, overseeing capital investment projects, ensuring compliance with engineering and safety standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the site.

This role would suit an Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, or Senior Engineer from a Food Manufacturing background looking to join an industry-leading organisation offering long-term career development and the opportunity to make a significant impact.

The Role:

Engineering Manager
Lead site-wide engineering, maintenance, and asset management activities
Manage maintenance programmes, reliability initiatives, and capital projects
Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across the facility
Ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and quality standards
Monday - Friday
The Person:

Engineering Manager, Maintenance Manager, Senior Engineer, or Engineering Lead
Background within Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, FMCG, or a similar manufacturing environment
Knowledge of maintenance management, asset reliability, and continuous improvement methodologies
Degree, HND, or equivalent Engineering qualification
Looking to join a well-established and growing manufacturer
Passionate about driving engineering standards, reliability, and operational excellence
