👩🏫 The Role
* Provide 1:1 and group support to students across the school
* Assist with learning, development, and emotional regulation
* Support students with daily routines, including personal care where required
* Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment
💡 Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in care, support work, or SEN/SEMH settings is highly desirable
* Individuals with personal experience of SEN (e.g. family) are encouraged to apply
* A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
* A genuine passion for working with children and young people with additional needs
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
