DevOps Team Lead Opportunity!

We're partnering with an innovative deep-tech company at the forefront of next-generation computing technology and looking for a DevOps Team Lead to build and scale their DevOps function. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team while remaining hands-on, supporting engineering groups working across FPGA, Embedded systems, and software development.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers
• Define DevOps best practices and ways of working across the organisation
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for FPGA, Embedded, and software projects
• Automate build, test, and deployment workflows
• Improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and observability
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and continuous improvement
• Implement secure DevOps processes, governance, and compliance controls

• CI/CD Automation

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure teams
• Strong background in CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Linux environments
• Ability to drive technical and organisational change
• Experience supporting complex engineering environments

Experience in FPGA, Embedded systems, firmware, hardware development, semiconductor, robotics, aerospace, or other deep-tech industries is highly desirable.
