Workday Reporting Analyst - Fully Remote - Inside IR35 - Up to £500 per day

My client is seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to support a major Workday environment, delivering high-quality reporting and analytics across HR and business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and optimise Workday reports, dashboards and calculated fields
• Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective Workday solutions
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and reporting best practice
• Support Workday enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Workday Reporting Analyst
• Strong expertise in Workday reporting tools, calculated fields and dashboards
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
