Ready to shape the future of AI in one of the world's most innovative professional services environments?

We're partnering with a leading international organisation that is investing heavily in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. As part of its growing Product function, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, evolution and success of cutting-edge AI platforms used across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for AI, product management and user engagement who wants to work at the forefront of technology transformation.

The Opportunity

  • Salary of £60,000 - £70,000
  • Chancery Lane, London
  • Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home
  • Newly created position with genuine career progression
  • Work closely with an experienced Head of Product and Product Managers
  • Be part of an organisation investing heavily in AI and emerging technologies
  • Flexible working environment and collaborative culture

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the development and execution of the AI product roadmap
  • Manage and prioritise product backlogs and feature requests
  • Evaluate new product releases and emerging AI capabilities
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation and engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate product releases, testing and implementation activities
  • Act as a key point of contact for users, providing guidance and resolving product-related queries
  • Support governance, compliance and product documentation
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in a Product Specialist, Product Owner or Product-focused role
  • A genuine product mindset with experience supporting the product life cycle
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with third-party products and driving business adoption
  • Comfortable translating technical concepts into business-friendly language
  • Experience working in Agile environments with exposure to roadmaps and backlog management
  • Exposure to AI products, Generative AI, Large Language Models or emerging technologies would be highly advantageous.

Experience within legal or professional services would be beneficial but is not essential.

Why Apply?

This is not a traditional technical support or Business Analyst role. The business is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between technology and the wider organisation, influence stakeholders, champion product adoption and help shape the future direction of its AI capabilities.

If you're looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact while developing towards Product Manager level, we'd love to hear from you.
