Sales Executive - Student Living (12‑Month FTC)
Manchester | £28,000 + Commission
A brilliant opportunity to join a fast‑growing, culture‑driven PBSA operator as their next Sales Executive. If you love speaking to people, converting enquiries, and delivering standout customer service, this role will suit you perfectly.
You'll be part of a central sales team handling inbound enquiries across phone, email, live chat and social channels - guiding students through their booking journey and helping the portfolio hit occupancy and revenue targets. Think of it as a mix of leasing, reservations, and customer experience, all within a brand that genuinely cares about its residents.
This is a 12‑month FTC, but for the right person there's real potential to stay on and even grow into a bigger role.
Key Responsibilities:
Convert inbound enquiries across phone, email, live chat & WhatsApp
Guide customers through the booking journey with warmth and clarity
Deliver exceptional customer service from first contact to final booking
Maximise revenue through strong engagement and upselling
Maintain accurate CRM records and log all activity
Follow up consistently to ensure no lead is missed
Collaborate with on‑site teams to answer questions and solve customer needs
Communicate authentically across digital channels
Report on performance and reasons for lost bookings
Champion the brand in every interaction
What We're Looking For:
Confident communicator who loves speaking with customers
Sales‑driven with a friendly, human approach
Strong organisation and follow‑up discipline
Comfortable using CRM/booking systems
Positive, proactive, solutions‑focused
Experience in sales, lettings/leasing
