Pertemps is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a large national organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation and growth.
We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Partner to join a busy Talent Acquisition team, supporting recruitment activity across multiple business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, managing end-to-end campaigns and delivering innovative attraction strategies.
This is initially a 3-month temporary contract, with the possibility of extension depending on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and provide expert resourcing advice.
Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously across a variety of professional disciplines.
Deliver end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, candidate attraction, shortlisting, interviews and assessment activities.
Develop and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Utilise direct sourcing techniques, social media platforms and professional networks to attract high-quality candidates.
Produce and analyse recruitment data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
Ensure recruitment activity is delivered in line with relevant policies, procedures and employment legislation.
About You To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Proven experience working as a Recruitment Partner, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Business Partner.
A track record of successfully managing high-volume or complex recruitment campaigns.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and producing recruitment reports and insights.
Strong sourcing and direct recruitment experience, including the use of LinkedIn and other attraction channels.
