Fire Sprinkler Project Manager - High Hazard

Salary/Package - £70,000 - £75,000 basic + Car Allowance + Annual Bonus + Benefits

Location - Watford/London

Permanent Position

Are you a seasoned Project Manager in the fire sprinkler industry who knows their way around sprinkler systems like the back of their hand? Fancy joining a company that's been doing it right for over 20 years?

The Opportunity

Alecto are currently working with a well-established, LPCB Level 4 accredited fire protection specialist that's continuing to grow across London. They've built a solid reputation delivering high-quality commercial sprinkler installations and now they're looking for a Project Manager to take the reins on multiple exciting High Hazard projects across the south east.

This will involve managing timelines, budgets, teams, and clients while making sure everything runs smoothly from design through to handover.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing end-to-end delivery of commercial sprinkler installation projects to high hazard locations

Coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to LPCB standards

Overseeing site progress, quality control, and compliance

Problem-solving (because no two projects are ever the same)

Keeping communication flowing and stakeholders happy

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Project Manager with fire sprinkler system installation

Strong knowledge of commercial install projects and relevant standards

Familiarity with LPCB requirements

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to juggle multiple projects

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
