We're supporting a world-leading aerospace organisation in the search for a Trainee Aerospace Technician to join their specialist manufacturing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to develop a long-term career within a highly respected engineering environment. If you have ever built model aircraft, enjoyed Air Cadets, spent weekends at airshows or loved taking things apart and putting them back together this could be for you.
Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for:
+ College leavers
+ Engineering students
+ Career changers
+ Candidates with assembly or manufacturing experience
+ Aviation and aerospace enthusiasts
We're particularly interested in people who:
🔹 Have good manual dexterity
🔹 Enjoy working with their hands
🔹 Can follow instructions, drawings or assembly diagrams
🔹 Have excellent attention to detail
🔹 Take pride in producing high-quality work
🔹 Have a genuine interest in aviation, aerospace or engineering
Examples of relevant experience could include DIY projects, model making, furniture assembly, mechanical hobbies, Air Cadets, engineering studies or manufacturing work.
Working Hours:
🕗 Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
🕗 Friday: 8am-12pm
⏰ 37 hours per week
