Senior Property Manager

Senior Property Manager | Edinburgh | £39,000 + Bonus
We're seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio while supporting and mentoring a team of Property Managers.
The Role
* Manage tenancies from move-in to move-out
* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Oversee maintenance, inspections, and property compliance
* Handle complex tenancy issues, disputes, and deposit matters
* Ensure compliance with Scottish lettings legislation and safety requirements
* Mentor colleagues and help drive high standards across the team
About You
* 4+ years' residential property management experience
* Strong knowledge of Scottish lettings legislation and HMO management
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Experience using property management systems such as SME, Fixflo, and InventoryBase
* ARLA Propertymark and/or Letwell qualified
* Previous mentoring or team leadership experience is advantageous
