We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting a Reception-aged child with special educational needs.
This is a unique opportunity for a compassionate, resilient and skilled practitioner to become a key adult in a child's journey back into learning. You will begin by supporting the pre-admission and transition phase, helping to build trust, prepare the environment and work alongside a multi-professional team to create the foundations for long-term success.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Has substantial experience supporting children with SEMH needs
Builds positive, trusting relationships quickly and authentically
Is confident using de-escalation and emotional regulation strategies
Has experience supporting children through transitions and reintegration into education
Can work effectively as part of a multi-agency team
Understands relational and trauma-informed practice
Holds Team Teach training or an equivalent positive behaviour support qualification
Experience supporting children with Autism and ADHD.
