Customer Service Order Processor
Salary: £17,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm or 8:30am–5:00pm (rota basis) + occasional Saturday 8:00am–12:00pm
Location: Bury St Edmunds Area

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Operator to provide high-quality support to key internal and external customers. This is a fast-paced role where you will manage orders, resolve queries, and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Key duties

Manage customer orders, prescriptions, and complaints

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow

Provide solutions to customer queries quickly and professionally

Produce accurate reports and maintain records

Support key accounts with tailored customer service

Work closely with stakeholders to improve customer experience

Requirements

Previous customer service experience

Strong communication and organisation skills

Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail

Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)

SAP / CRM experience desirable but not essential
