PSR Solutions are recruiting for a Site Agent in South Hertfordshire to work for a Civils contractor.

Responsible for the successful delivery of civil engineering and water infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Working closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve operational and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations and overall project delivery.
Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Develop and implement project plans, RAMS, ITPs, programmes, and procurement schedules.
Monitor project costs, maximise value, and identify value engineering opportunities.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Build and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships.
Produce progress reports, maintain site records, and chair project meetings.
Support efficient resource planning and programme management.Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering, utilities, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, contract management, risk management, cost control, and project planning.
Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
CSCS Card, SMSTS/IOSH Managing Safely, Temporary Works Coordinator, and Confined Space qualifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Desirable
CEng/MICE status or equivalent.
Knowledge of Primavera P6.
Understanding of NEC and JCT contracts.Benefits
