Asset Contracts Coordinator

Location Barnstaple

Temporary, Full Time

Hours: 37 hours per week

Contract: FTC - until 31 December 2026

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Asset Management team to monitor our servicing contracts for our housing stock and commercial buildings. This is an integral role within our Asset Management team to ensure our high quality customer service standards and legislative requirements are met.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Monitoring of servicing contracts to ensure contractual compliance, accurate data and servicing records and high levels of customer satisfaction as laid out by company policies, procedures and legislation.

Undertake administration of contracts, authorise spend against set budgets and report back on compliance and customer satisfaction to the Cyclical Maintenance and Compliance Manager.

Ensure compliance in all areas of Asset Management ensuring changes to legislation are adhered to, service visits are completed on time, accurate paperwork is received, and internal databases are maintained.

About You

* You will be looking to work for a supportive company delivering valuable services to the local community.

* You will be highly computer literate with extensive experience of using Ms Word, MS Excel and databases.

* You will have a passion for auditing systems and ensuring contract compliance.

* You will work well in a team environment, be comfortable liaising and communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of stakeholders including customers.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a Basic DBS check.
