Senior Architect to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary £45,000 - £55,000 DOE. Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with Hybrid working.

Duties:

Experience running construction projects on site in RIBA stages 1-7
Proficient in both REVIT and Autocad
Thorough understanding of planning and building control requirements
Carrying out site visits and appraisals
Project tendering
Checking drawings/information to ensure quality remains as high as possible
Mentoring junior staff

Benefits:

Experience required:

Leadership skills and a willingness to take on responsibility
Good communication skills, as interaction with other professionals, authorities and clients
Must be conversant with all packages in Microsoft Office & AutoCAD, Adobe and Revit
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
A logical and practical approach as well as an ability to solve problem;
Time management and ability to prioritise workloads
