Job Title: Plumber Multi
Job Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Travelling to Ipswich, Woodbridge areas
Rate of pay: £200 per day CIS using own van

Property maintenance and refurbishment company providing repairs, compliance, fire safety, and retrofit services in social housing.

Requirements for the role:

Uplifting vinyl floors then applying latex
Removal and refitting of toilets and basins
Removal and refitting of radiators
Multi trade duties including plumbing, basic carpentry, painting and decorating
DBS required
Desirable experience:

Previous experience working on contracts within social housing
Experience working in occupied residential properties and void properties
Multi-skilled in all trades with plumbing being the main trade
