We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Order Picker to join a busy warehouse team based in Snetterton. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term, stable work with the potential to become a permanent member of staff.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:30
Key Responsibilities
Pick furniture components and parts accurately in line with customer orders and production requirements
Use pick lists, handheld scanners, or warehouse management systems to identify and select items
Check picked items for quality and accuracy prior to dispatch
Pack and prepare orders for internal production teams or customer delivery
Maintain organised stock locations and ensure all inventory is stored correctly
Assist with regular stock counts and inventory checks
Report any stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to supervisors
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Keep work areas clean, tidy, and well organised
Requirements
Previous experience in order picking, warehouse, or stores roles is desirable
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Good communication and teamwork skills
Physically fit and able to safely lift and move furniture components
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
