We are currently seeking a skilled Mobile Electrician to join a growing facilities management team. This is a field-based role covering West London and surrounding postcodes, carrying out a mix of reactive maintenance, planned works, and minor installations across a variety of sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out reactive maintenance and fault-finding on electrical systems
* Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks
* Undertake minor installation and project works
* Ensure all work is compliant with health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements
* Work to client-specific processes and service level agreements (SLAs)
* Maintain accurate records of completed works and follow-on actions
* Deliver high standards of customer service at all times
* Support with general building services tasks where required
* Participate in an on-call rota and occasional out-of-hours work
Requirements
Essential:
* City & Guilds Electrical qualification (or equivalent in Building Services)
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience working across commercial, industrial, and/or domestic environments
* Ability to use handheld devices (PDA/CAFM systems)
* Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
* City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing)
* Gold CSCS Card
* Health & Safety training
* First Aid qualification
