Groundwork Operative
Caerphilly / South Wales area, working out of our Bristol Depot.
Salary: Up to £21.00 per hour + overtime
Hours: 45 per week
Package: Competitive + benefits
About the Client:

Their reputation has been built on integrity, rapid response times, and a consistent track record of meeting contractual service requirements.
They provide a comprehensive range of reactive and planned drainage services, supported by experienced engineers, pump specialists, and groundworks teams. From emergency call-outs to long-term maintenance programmes, every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest professional standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Experience in groundworks, drainage, excavation, reinstatement works, or the construction industry would be advantageous.
A full UK driving licence is essential (Van is provided) - Willing to travel
CSCS is a MUST
