We're recruiting on behalf of a growing IT solutions provider that delivers tailored technology services to businesses across the UK and internationally. With a consultative, customer-first approach, the business partners with leading global technology vendors to provide solutions across cloud, cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, managed services, IT procurement and Microsoft technologies. Their focus is on understanding each client's unique requirements and delivering technology that drives real business value.

The Opportunity

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in identifying and engaging new business opportunities. Working alongside experienced sales and technical specialists, you'll introduce organisations to innovative IT solutions, qualify prospects and arrange meetings for the wider commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and wants genuine progression into Business Development or Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn.
Identify and engage decision-makers across a range of industries.
Qualify leads and book appointments for senior sales consultants.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
Research prospective clients and understand their technology challenges.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to maximise opportunities.
Keep up to date with developments across cloud, cybersecurity and managed IT services.About You

Previous experience in an SDR, BDR, telesales, lead generation or outbound sales role is desirable.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Confident, resilient and motivated by achieving targets.
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
Interest in technology and IT solutions.
Experience using CRM systems would be beneficial.What's On Offer

£30,000 - £35,000 basic salary.
Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential.
