Site Agent – Civil Engineering
East Scotland
£58,000 - £70,000 + Vehicle + Bonus + Lodge Allowance + Benefits
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a leading civil engineering contractor delivering major infrastructure projects across Scotland and the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the safe and successful delivery of large-scale civil engineering works, ensuring projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day site operations and project delivery
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality standards
• Monitor project progress, budgets and programmes
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
• Review engineering drawings and technical specifications
• Support commercial and contractual management of projects
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and site personnel
Requirements:
• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering
• Previous experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering
• Experience delivering earthworks, infrastructure or major construction projects
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and Design & Build projects
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
Package:
• £58,000 - £70,000 basic salary
