Production Operatives & Forklift Drivers Wanted – Poole & Surrounding Areas

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives and Forklift Drivers for a range of exciting opportunities across Poole and the surrounding areas.

Whether you're looking for temporary, ongoing, or permanent work, we have positions available with immediate starts for reliable and motivated individuals.

Production Operative Duties:
Operating machinery and production equipment
Loading, packing, and quality checking products
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following health and safety procedures
Meeting production targetsForklift Driver Duties:
Operating Counterbalance and/or Pivot Steer forklifts
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock safely within the warehouse
Stock control and inventory support
General warehouse duties as requiredWhat We're Looking For:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous production or warehouse experience beneficial
Valid forklift licence required for forklift roles
Good attention to detail and reliabilityWhat's On Offer:
