Job Purpose
Deliver commercial management at contract level, ensuring effective control of cost, value, change, and risk.
Key Accountabilities
* Contract-level commercial delivery
* Ownership of:
* Cost control
* Change management
* CVR production
* Risk register
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare CVR and forecasts
* Identify and submit change/compensation events
* Manage subcontractor accounts
* Maintain cost/value reconciliation
* Manage day-to-day client commercial interface
Skills & Competencies
Core
* Attention to detail
* Commercial judgement
* Communication and negotiation
Technical
* Contract administration (NEC essential)
* Cost management and reporting
Experience & Qualifications
* 5–10 years experience
* Experience in infrastructure contracts
* Degree or equivalent experience
* RICS (preferred or working towards)
