Job Title: Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner / Early Years Educator

Location: Gomersal and surrounding area's.

Salary: £14.00 – £16.50 per hour (Depending on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Permanent Contracts Available

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and fully qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a vibrant, friendly nursery team. If you love creating inspiring learning environments and helping young children thrive, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged from birth to 5 years.

* EYFS Planning & Tracking: Plan and carry out creative, age-appropriate play activities, observing and tracking children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

* Parent Partnerships: Build strong, positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child’s progress and daily routines.

* Key Person Duties: Act as a dedicated Key Person to a small group of children, ensuring their individual emotional, physical, and developmental needs are met.

* Safeguarding Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and safeguarding compliance in line with setting policies and statutory regulations.

Requirements – What We Are Looking For:

* Qualifications (Essential): A recognised, full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g., NVQ Level 3, NCFE CACHE Level 3 Early Years Educator, or equivalent).

* Knowledge: A solid, confident understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding protocols.

* Core Traits: A warm, patient, and nurturing approach with a genuine passion for early years education.

* Compliance: This position is subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and safer recruitment vetting checks.
