Temporary to Permanent (After 12 successful weeks)

Shifts Available: (please note we cannot change or amend shifts)

Sun-Thur 06.00-15.00
Sun-Thur 13.00-22.00
At this depot you will be working in a high-volume e-commerce environment. Your role is critical in ensuring fast, accurate, and safe delivery of packages from the station to the final destination.

Duties;

Oversee daily inbound, sorting, and outbound operations
Lead teams, assign tasks, and monitor productivity
Allocate resources based on volume and real-time data
Maintain KPIs (on-time dispatch, accuracy, error rates)
Support onboarding and performance management
Deliver daily briefings
Ensure safety and operational compliance
Work with transport partners to resolve issues
Produce shift reports and escalate risks
Your Experience:

Previous experience in a warehouse/logistics lead role
Good communication and organisational skills.
