EU Operations Manager

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Benefits

Overview:

We are partnering with a growing international professional services organisation to recruit an EU Operations Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing, collaborative business in a key leadership role, supporting operational excellence and business growth across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day UK office operations, facilities and vendor relationships.
Lead, mentor and develop a Operations team member.
Coordinate office logistics, meetings, events and employee engagement initiatives.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities in partnership with HR.
Act as a key operational contact for internal teams across the business.
Lead operational projects that support business growth and organisational effectiveness.
Support regional workforce planning and staffing processes.
Partner with Finance to manage budgets and operational spend.
Produce operational reporting and monitor key business metrics.
Oversee expense management and timesheet compliance processes.
Collaborate with international People and Operations teams to improve processes and ways of working.Requirements:

Experience managing office operations and facilities within a corporate or professional services environment.
Previous people management experience.
Experience supporting recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
Budget management and operational reporting experience.
