Job Description
You will be working as a full-time Steel Fabricator and MIG Welder manufacturing agricultural crop sprayers and heavy structural components. Fabricating and welding components using engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out MIG and MMA welding of structural steel components for agricultural sprayers.
* Fabricating heavy engine frames, hydraulic rams, lift arms, oil and diesel tanks, and aluminium body components.
* Welding plain carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminium components.
* Read and interpreting engineering drawings to fabricate and assemble parts to specification.
* Using welding jigs, grinders, cutting equipment, and a wide range of fabrication tools.
* Assembling and welding sprayer components while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
* Inspecting completed welds, carry out finishing work where required, and ensuring components meet quality standards.
* Following all health and safety procedures while working in a busy manufacturing environment
