We’re supporting a well-established, service-led organisation in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior, commercially focused HR role within a fast-paced, operational environment. You’ll partner closely with leadership teams, playing a key role in shaping people strategy while remaining hands-on across day-to-day HR delivery.

Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering pragmatic and commercially focused HR guidance
* Leading on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and tribunal cases
* Supporting organisational change, restructures and redundancy programmes
* Overseeing TUPE transfers, including due diligence, consultation and risk management
* Supporting mobilisation activity and business growth initiatives
* Coaching and supporting HR/ER team members to build capability and consistency
* Ensuring compliance with employment law, policies and governance standards
About You

* Solid understanding of TUPE, organisational change and restructuring
* Confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
* A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
Experience within facilities management or a similar service-driven sector would be advantageous, but not essential.
