Children's Homes Team Leader
Location: Westbury, Wiltshire
Salary: £41,680 – £48,944 per annum (assuming good attendance and up to 3 sleep-ins per month)

SEND Inclusion Support is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of specialist residential childcare services.
We are seeking a Team Leader to join a dedicated children's home in Westbury, supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH).
This is an opportunity to make a real difference every day while working within a supportive and well-structured organisation that invests heavily in staff development and progression.
The Role
You will:
* Support the daily running of the home
* Lead and guide Residential Support Workers
* Promote a safe, nurturing and consistent environment
* Support behaviour management and care planning
* Ensure safeguarding standards are maintained
* Deputise for senior management when required
What We OfferSalary & Earnings
* Base salary: £35,400 – £42,664
* Up to 3 sleep-ins per month (£80 per sleep)
* Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year
* Regional allowance: £2,000 per year
* £1,000 Welcome Bonus (post-probation)
* £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months)

Requirements
* Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential Care
* Full UK driving licence (12+ months)
