Talentmark are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a multinational company, on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a hybrid role with some on-site requirements in Stone, Staffordshire.
Rates: £350-£400 ( OUTSIDE IR35 )
Quantity Surveyor Role:
Attending client meetings, tracking early warnings and cost adjustment claims.
Coordinate with engineering, design, and client teams to obtain project information and resolve issues.
Support the Lead Contract Manager in identifying opportunities to recover entitlement and common pot claims.
Monitor milestones, assess programme slippage, and report impacts affecting project delivery.
Evaluate claims, benchmark rates and prices, and assess impacts on labour, and equipment entitlements.
Your Background:
Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying.
Experience within the energy sector would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent subcontract coordination and management skills.
Experience with standard and bespoke contracts.
Please note: Driver Licence and vehicle mandatory to travel to sites Wrenhall and Peterhead.Expenses will be covered (travel and accommodation)
