The Role

Working closely with experienced Case Managers and the wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, providing essential support behind the scenes to both colleagues and clients.

Duties will include:

* Preparing reports, correspondence and professional documentation

* Managing and maintaining accurate client records and files

* Formatting documents and ensuring information is stored correctly

* Assisting with invoicing and billing administration

* Updating client and support worker records

* Handling telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and empathy

* Maintaining spreadsheets and supporting ongoing projects

* Liaising with a variety of stakeholders including healthcare professionals, legal professionals, clients and their families

* Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in their work and thrives in a busy environment.

You will have:

* Previous administration experience

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Strong attention to detail

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams

* The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks

* A professional, positive and proactive approach

* GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
